Kate and Andrews 100 mile cycle challenge around Norfolk

Support Kate and Andrew as they take up the challenge of a 100 mile cycle through the Norfolk countryside on the 20th September 2020. The 100 mile route takes in the edge of the Broads, Horsey Mill, the coast (and some hills!) all the way out to Cley, then back past Blickling Hall before a triumphant return within sight of the Cathedral.

We are taking part in the Norwich 100 mile cycle ride on 20th September to raise money for 3 Million Steps – a brain injury recovery charity set up by our incredibly inspirational and life long friend, Zara.

Zara suffered life changing injuries after a mini stroke or seizure caused her to crash her car in the Caribbean where she lived and worked as a scuba diving instructor. Her road to recovery, from being paralysed to completing her incredible ‘3 Million Steps’ walk from John o’ Groats to Lands End last year, has been humbling to watch. Zara has adapted and is constantly improving all aspects of her life, thanks to her determination and the help and guidance of others.

The charity ‘3 Million Steps’ was set up by Zara to raise money and awareness for Brain Injury survivors and their carers in order to help them regain the best quality of life they can.

If you can, please support us on our cycle ride around Norfolk by donating to this worthwhile cause. All money raised will be used to help provide necessary equipment and/or services to brain injury survivors. Every little bit will help!

Thank you for supporting us!
