One Stop Health & Wellbeing Event
An incredible day, with services, organisations and teams of all kinds coming together to support the community. Conversations flowed, the room buzzed, and everyone left feeling genuinely connected. Thank you for having us – see you next year!

Zara takes on advanced rehab
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is slow down. Stepping back from big fundraising challenges isn’t a setback – it’s a redirect. Working with a brilliant personal trainer, Zara has been focusing on the foundations: balance, coordination and functional movement.
From resistance band work and kettlebell holds to side-stepping and single-leg balance, every session has been purposeful and progressive – with a fun challenge to finish on a high. This is what active recovery really looks like: not always the loudest chapter, but often the most important one.
Neuro-rehab clinic success
Two clinics have now been held, seeing adults with a range of neurological conditions – including acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and Parkinson’s – who travelled from across the East of England for sessions twice a week over five weeks. A lecturer has now joined, so student-led clinics can run throughout the academic year.
Volunteers wanted
We have a packed summer of events ahead and we’d love your help, for any amount of time. Volunteers get free entry for themselves and others as our way of saying thank you – get in touch.
Want to get involved? Take on your own challenge – find ideas, our info pack and sponsor form on our Fundraise for us page. If you or someone you care for is living with a brain injury, you can apply for funding here.
